These terms apply to all interactions with TitleVerify for domain title and ownership checks at titleverify.info. By engaging with our services, information products, or goods, you agree to these provisions.

2. Services

Our services include verification of domain registration, examination of ownership lineage, and related consultation. Services commence upon confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, services may be transferred to another individual by contacting us via our contact form.

Expedited reviews or custom consultations are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. This is clearly indicated at the time of purchase. We recommend careful selection prior to confirming your order.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as guides and reports on title verification. Access details are provided within 48 hours of order confirmation. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment channel.

4. Goods

Physical items, including printed reports or branded materials, will be shipped to the address you provide. Goods may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate this, contact us via our contact form. Once items are received and inspected, we will reimburse you within 10 business days.

5. Fees and Timing

6. Refund Policy
